Antarktika je najjužniji i najhladniji kontinent s najmanje života, ali ipak jako privlači djecu. S lakoćom su zapamtila sve o Antarktici. U ovom postu pokazat ću što smo radili na temu životinje Antarktike.

Antarctica is the southernmost and coldest continent with the least life, but still very attractive for children. They learned all about Antarctica with ease. In this post I'll show what we've done on the Antarctic animals.

Djeca su također sa zanimanjem proučila slikovnicu Polarne životinje koja ih je oduševila s različitim prozorčićima iza kojih su se skrivala iznenađenja - zanimljivosti o polarnim životinjama.

Children also found interesting picture book about polar animals. They were delighted with little windows behind which are hidden surprises - interesting facts about polar animals.

Knjižica brojeva do 10 - djeca sama izrađuju svoju knjižicu brojeva tako da na svaku stranicu napišu jedan broj i pored njega utisnu onoliko štambilja koliko piše. Ovo je već treću godinu jedna od omiljenih aktivnosti u grupi. Trudimo se mijenjati štambilje ovisno o godišnjem dobu ili temi koju obrađujemo.

Number book, 1 to 10 - children create their own number book , on every page they write a number and stamp appropriate number of hearts next to it. This is one of the favorite activities for the third year now. We try to change the stamps depending on the season or the current theme.

Valentinovo - aktivnosti u vrtiću / Valentine's Day - activities in the kindergarten (4)

U ovom postu ću predstaviti samo aktivnosti iz područja praktičnog života. Budući da su slijedeće aktivnosti vezane uz Valentinovo, primijetit ćete da su predmeti / papiri uglavnom u crvenoj, ljubičastoj ili ružičastoj boji.

In this post I will present the activities from the practical life area only. Since the following activities are related to Valentine's Day, you will notice that the items / trays / papers are mainly in red, purple or pink. 

Otvaranje i zatvaranje predmeta sa srcima za efekt iznenađenja

Open - close activity with different hearts for the effect of surprise  

Prenošenje svjetlucavih pom pom kuglica sa žlicom

Spooning sparkling pom poms

Utiskivanje srca u papir

Stamping hearts in the paper

Prenošenje srca s prstima (srca i ovaj podložak za razvrstavanje nam je poklonila mama jednog dječaka)

Transferring hearts with fingers (one boy's mom gave us hearts and the classification tray)

Perforiranje srca s pribadačom (Ovaj tjedan sam prvi put djeci predstavila ovu aktivnost i u roku od 10 minuta je postala pravi hit među djecom! Morat ću i za ostale teme pripremiti nešto slično.) Djeca papir stavljaju na deblju podlogu (ljepenka, debeli filc ili sl. - ja sam za ovu priliku presvukla u tkaninu deblji podložak za miš ;-) ) i s pribadačom gusto pikaju rupice po crti zadanog oblika (u ovom slučaju srca). Kad završe, djeca istrgnu perforirani oblik (kontrola pogreške je da se oblik ne može istrgnuti - rijetke rupice ili rupice nisu po crti) i ukrase ga po želji. Djeca iz moje grupe su najčešće nacrtala čestitku na prazno srce (zadnja sličica).
Ova aktivnost zahtijeva mnogo koncentracije i strpljenja, te je izvrsna za finu motoriku.

Heart pin - punching (This week I first introduced this activity to the children and within 10 minutes it became a hit among kids! I'll have to prepare something similar for other topics too.) Children put paper on a punching pad (you can use cardboard, thick fleece... - for this opportunity I change thicker pad for the mouse into the fabric ;-)) and punching holes with a pin at a given line shape (in this case - the heart). When complete, the children snatch a perforated form (control error is that the form can not be rescued from a perforated line - a rare hole, or holes are not in line) and decorate it as desired. Kids from my classroom usually draw picture to blank heart (last photo). 
This activity requires a lot of concentration and patience, and is excellent for fine motor skills.

Opening and closing clothespins (excellent exercise for pincet grip)

Prenošenje vode s kapaljkom (vodu sam obojila crvenom bojom za jaja). Ova aktivnost je također nova u grupi i djeca ju OBOŽAVAJU :-)
Transferring water with medicine dropper (I colored the water with red Easter egg dye). This activity is also new for the kids and they LOVE it :-)
